I do see the benefits of being your own boss, but I would not take that option as it is such a financial risk. I do enjoy the privileges of being employed such as paid vacations and sick leave, looking forward to receiving a pension, all of which if I am a small business owner, it would require such strategic planning to ensure they are in place. However, I purchase your service or goods in an effort to support the small business of the country.
ReplyDeleteI would also love to be my own boss and by doing so I will make all the decisions and reap all the benefits.
ReplyDeleteOrecia, i love the advantage you have of getting free training when working for some one else. There's nothing wrong with adding to your qualities which would make you a better employee.
ReplyDeleteHello Orecia, i like the idea of not having any liability to the business when working for someone else. It offers a sense of relief knowing that I will not be held liable for anything. Being my own boss would be my best option since control of all finances would be mine, I would reap all rewards and all decisions will be entirely up to me.
